I have tried other cheaper suppliers but keep coming back to Haybox. Raven and Rascal love the long stalks , even stealing them off each other ! I know it's great for their teeth and keeps them happy and healthy.

I’ve been using haybox for about a year now and it is always good quality green hay. Hopper loves it and it actually works out cheaper than buying decent quality from pet shops like Pets at Home
My little fluffbutts love the hay from haybox, it's a party every time we change it over! Excellent service too! The courier only delivered half my order (no fault of Haybox). When contacting Haybox, as courier wouldn't investigate when contacting them, they sent me a replacement box straight away. Will defo recommend!
Always the best quality hay! Ive been using haybox for about 4 years now and my rabbit loves it, it always looks green and fresh and I’ve never had a problem with any batch of hay I’ve received. The customer service at haybox are also consistently kind and lovely, I’d recommend this brand to anyone with a bunny 💚
Absolutely outstanding quality hay! The hay is beautifully green, fresh, and vibrant, which immediately shows how high the quality is. It smells wonderfully natural and looks perfectly dried and well-packed. Most importantly, my bunnies absolutely love it! They started munching on it straight away and clearly enjoy every bite. It’s soft, clean, and full of long, healthy strands – exactly what happy, healthy rabbits need. I’m genuinely impressed with the freshness and overall quality. This is easily some of the best hay I’ve ever purchased for my bunnies. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended 👍
The boys absolutely love this hay! Great thick strands, smells gorgeous and really fresh.
Phil is always thrilled to receive his Hay Box delivery! Having tried and tested many brands, this is the only hay he will happily eat!
Always good quality and the rabbits love it😀😀
Always fresh, green and with a sweet smell that my rabbits adore! I feel very happy feeding this top quality hay! I would highly recommend it to any rabbits/small animal owners! Having worked with horses most of my life, I’ve come across a lot of different types of hay and this product is fantastic. The company is always professional, has prompt service and with a personal touch, a card inside the box from the person who packed it for you. I Love the care and attention to detail! Just what my rabbits deserve! Thank you Hay Box!
Always packed so well, fluffs up brilliantly and is top tier quality hay!
My three girls are really enjoying their HayBox hay! Biscoff says she loves it so much that she will eat it, lie in it, and even wear it as a fancy hat!
Haybox is by far the best hay out there, I’ve been using it for five years now and never had an issue. Hay is always fresh and green and long strands. I’ve tried many other online brands and never have got the same quality as this, it’s always brown and stringy! I will be using haybox for as long as I own guinea pigs, they love it and get excited when they hear me putting more in for them
So glad to have found a hay my bunnies like more than my sofa!
Ringo absolutely loves her blend of hay from Haybox. I've now increased how much she has a month as she eats so much. Thanks for keeping my girl happy and healthy 😊
Please can I have some more hay? They love it 💪
Amazing hay! My four guinea boars absolutely luv the hand packed Timothy blend, it's perfect, and it smells amazing,it has wonderful green leaves and lots of seedhead which my boys really enjoy! I recommend to everyone with small animals! Great for teeth and tums! So easy to order and speedy delivery.
My guinea pigs love this hay! it’s such great quality.
Lovely blend of hay. Thank you Heather for packing this order :) Will definitely be subscribing for future hay orders once I know how much we go through 😂
Always good to qualify hay my piggies love it, l had trouble with delivery however hay box sorted it out ,and sent me a replacement box of hay .Always professional and efficient.
Both my rabbits adore munching the hay and can't wait for me to open the boxes when they arrive. The hay always smells sweet and fresh too. Thank you for such an excellent product.
My bunny LOVES this hay! If you’re on the fence about ordering it then you absolutely should. It’s nice and green with thick hay strands and pretty much no dust. Perfect for my rabbit as she has a sensitive nose and will sneeze if her hay is dusty. This is now my go to place to buy from :)
My five piggies love the hay. They nibble it, jump in it & sleep in it. It’s always green, fresh & crisp.
The best company for quality hay, 100 times better than the stuff you get at pet shops. Can't recommend highly enough.
Our bunnies love this mix
Rabbit enjoys the hay and the hedgehog is snuggled up
My guinea pigs love this long stemmed hay! They can't get enough of it and it's full of goodness. I like the neat and compact plastic bag that it comes in too. There's no dust, just pure and lovely Timothy hay!
Thank you
I’ve been using Haybox for two years now and I’ve never experienced this. First of all, I think it was a bit naughty of them not to let me know that they had changed courier, as when they used Yodel my order always came within two-three days of purchase and the box arrived in excellent condition. However, since changing to DX Express, this has been very different. It took 6 days for my order to arrive which is very unusual and never happened with Yodel, and when it did finally arrive the box was covered in silty mud and had water damage on the inside. Luckily the hay was fine, but that does not excuse how they delivered it. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again but if it does I will have to cancel my subscription, as I cannot afford to wait 6 days for hay and will have to buy elsewhere.
My two love it. Slight issue with yodel but the haybox team were really helpful and kept me in the loop, thank you
Here’s my happy bunny ! Haybox hay got her eating more hay …. and other treats !!!
Pebble and Patrick love HayBox Hay. So green and fresh. Smells lovely and tastes delicious (so they tell me).
My 10 year old piggy loves it, he's my last pet as I'm 70 now . He loves his cuddles and treats and is amazing for his age
My two bunnies love this hay. I have ordered from various companies, Hay Box is the best. The hay is green and the mix is fantastic. My two never stop eating it. I have now signed up to a subs subscription. Thank you Hay Box xx
My rabbits love the hay, one is too impatient so jumps in the hay box!
Our French lop bunnies absolutely love the hay we get from Haybox! 10/10 from them and 10/10 from us!! 🤩👍
Very good quality product, and loved by Greta and Gemma, the Guinea pigs, also Rosie our house rabbit.
Ollie enjoying his new box of hand packed blended timothy hay. Aged 10 he has been dining from the HayBox menu most of his life. Always excellent quality and fast delivery, highly recommended. Thankyou
My pigs love this hay. It's always fresh and great quality
I recently changed to the Timothy Hay hand packed blend and it is so fresh and crunchy for my house rabbit - I will definitely be ordering more of the same 😄. The customer service was brilliant (Sam) as I had to have a my previous order replaced , all ordered and delivered the following day!
The deliveries from Haybox is always on time and my bunnies love their hay and herb blend. It works out cheaper than going to Pets at Home for hay and litter and it’s much better quality. I have two very happy buns x
