Always buy my piggies hay from HayBox and have done for a number of years. Won’t go anywhere else. Hay always smells fresh and is lovely and green. My piggies love it. I mostly buy the orchard hay but occasionally have had the other hay. Delivery is fast and customer service are second to none. Would definitely recommend Haybox
This is the 3rd time ina row the box has been delivered in either a state or left in the rain! Please change back to yodel. DX are rubbish!
I always order Orchard Hay for my piggies and have ordered from Haybox for the a good few years now. Won’t go anywhere else. Always pleased with hay and piggies love it. I have given 4 stars as this time the hay seems to be a bit course unlike what the orchard hay is normally like. It feels more like the mixed Timothy hay however my piggies still seem to be enjoying it.
I have been purchasing my Guinea pigs hay now for roughly 6/7 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I buy orchard hay and it always smells lovely and fresh. My piggies love it so much so they have become very fussy with their hay over the years ( even have to take their own hay to boarding when on holiday). Customer service is second to none. If you have a problem it is never an issue and is put right straightaway. Best hay and customer service as always in my opinion. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Haybox
My piggies love the hay and get so excited for it
Your products are always of an excellent standard. I never feed hay from anywhere else. Both my girls love it. Thank-you.
My two boys love the hay and foraging for their herbal blend mixed whitch i mix into their forage cube
Been ordering from Haybox for a number of years now and wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. All of the different types of hay are always very fresh and smell lovely. My piggies love the orchard hay the most and have become very spoilt pigs as they are very fussy about their hay now and won’t eat from any other supplier. Thank you Haybox!
My piggies really like this Orchard hay and love burrowing in it too, as demonstrated by Pickle 😊 Very quick delivery too in a box of 2.5kg. Thank you and will definitely order again
Cookie enjoying Haybox hay. Both our girls love the orchard hay.
My piggies definitely approve!
Never look at buying elsewhere !!
We have always had an amazing experience with Hay Box and have been using their hay for the last 3 years. Our piggies love their product! Customer Service is excellent and they went above and beyond recently to accommodate our requirements, as our piggies decided to be a bit fussy :) Very happy customer. Highly recommend it!
Popcorn jumped in, couldn't wait for her hay. They sit waiting for their new hay...if they could talk I think they would be saying we can't wait, come on! Lol
Swirl sits and waits for their hay box for be cleaned and refilled ever morning. She always popcorns when she knows its coming too. This is a photo of her after jumping in head first. Recommend it's on behalf of Swirl, they can't get enough of it. Thank you for delivering great quality hay in great time.
Actual Hay was great quality as usual. But the Packaging was not, was delivered as per photograph.
My 4 girls love the orchard hay, you get plenty, good quality. The only small criticism is it can be a little "dusty". All in all a happy subscriber, and very happy piggys!
Had to switch from timothy hay to orchard hay because of my partner’s allergies. My rabbits love it, so fresh and green and no dusty at all!
Our piggy love their hay. They squeak and Popcorn when hay arrives.
My bunnies love their hay from Hay box. Always arrives quickly and is well packaged.
Piggies love this hay. Bought from HayBox for the last few years and wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. Great customer service and good delivery service. Thank you!
Absolutely excellent products. I never feed my girls anything other than your hay. They love it !
My Gorgeous boy Cookie really enjoyed this hay. My allergies where a lot more tolerable aswell. Unfortunately he passed away yesterday. Im arranging for the stuff I have left to go to a rescue.
All four of our guinea pigs love Orchard Hay. It looks and smells really fresh. Delivery was good even though I only received one 5kg box instead of three but that was soon put right. Customer service staff at Haybox are very approachable and helpful and will go above and beyond to put any little mistakes right. Have bought all hay from Haybox for a few years now and won’t buy from anywhere else. My piggies only get the best. Thank you Haybox.
Beanie and Jessica who are both 10 years old, love the Haybox Orchard hay. It's very fresh every order. Beanie has a tendency for sludge bladder so I'm very careful to provide him with a low calcium diet. The Orchard hay is a great option so I'm very happy with this new addition to Haybox's products.
Biscuit loves his orchard hay - fresh , green and not dusty at all ♡ will be purchasing again
I love this hay for my Hamm, soft green and bouncy. He loves to lay in it.
Arrived within 24hrs of ordering. Appears really good quality, rabbits love it
I'm only sorry I didn't find you guys sooner. My chins have never eaten so much hay! This hay is not only delicious, it's nutritionally balanced and provides the best tooth wear. We also love your environmental conscientiousness. Thank you!
Peanut loves this hay! We had to switch from Timothy Hay as us humans developed an allergy, I had already set up a subscription and decided quite last minute to change and try orchard. It was really easy to change the type of hay in my subscription and within a couple of days we had nice fresh hay! It's also really simple to change your next subscription date or frequency which is handy when you are still figuring out how long it takes to get through a bag
Have used HayBox for a few years now. My piggies are very fussy and won’t entertain other hays from other companies. Hay always smells good and fresh and delivery is fast. Customer service staff are very helpful and obliging. I won’t buy from anywhere else now. Thank you HayBox!
Egg loving her orchard hay ❤️ She’s just had a bout of stasis but this has really helped stimulate her appetite and get her eating hay again after veterinary treatment.
I ordered this hay as a treat for my guinea pigs,it arrived promptly and even though I have to pay customs coming into the country I live in it is worth every penny.the hay is fresh and a firm favourite of my guinea pigs.
Loves the orchard hay sample, so more than likely be purchasing this in a box next time
My boys love the orchard hay. Olly literally dived in! It smells amazing and you can tell it's premium. Gives me confidence my piggies have the best stuff.
Peppa and Susie absolutely loved the sample of the new orchard hay that we had sent to us! Will definitely be ordering as a treat in the near future! :)
Happy Guinea Pigs. Love their orchard hay. Always smells lovely and fresh. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
I mix the orchard hay with the timothy corse hay and all 3 of my bunnies love it. I like that the hay now comes in bags as it is so much easier to store.
The bunnies really love this hay! It’s lovely and green and smells great. The only down side is that they love it so much, they drag it around the room making such a mess!
Was worried as I had read reviews about the product being dusty and it was being sent in new plastic packaging. The hay was perfect and although it was sent in plastic packaging I think I prefer it as it takes up a lot less space. It’s sent in a box too so you could empty it out. Bonus was they were out of 2.5 and sent 5kg instead.
