I am dissapointed by the colour and dust in this batch. I have raised it however all customer service say is it happened with natural hay however it’s not cheap so I would think the quality checks would be better.

Thumper tucks into his delicious meadow hay, he absolutely loves it! Fast reliable delivery is also a massive bonus! Thank you for all you do for our little fur babies 🥰
My rabbits love HAYBOX meadow hay💚
Very settled and short bits, bottom side is mainly dust and pretty much unusable. Nothing like as good quality as I have had before.
My guinea pigs love the meadow hay. The more you order the cheaper it gets along with the added bonus of a subscription . I Will not go anywhere else again
Fast delivery good quality hay my buns love it
My bunnies just love your products. I wouldn't feed anything else
They ansolutely love it
Ted and Pumpkin are delighted with the delicious 5kg meadow hay box, they munch their way through every 6 weeks. They nitpick a lot and what does not get eaten, makes nice bedding!
Ordered from haybox for well over 12 months now and its the best quality hay. I've never had a bad box from them. It smells lovely and its always so lucious green. As you can tell from the photos its a massive hit with my bunny she absolutely loves it so good for her diet and for her teeth, she just munches away all day long. I would never buy hay from any where else. Would highly recommend these guys. Delivery is always quick too and always get updates when its been shipped and a time slot for when its due which is great. Packaging is always really good too. Keep up the good work guys. Bella really appreciates her tasty hay 😊
My bunnies love it!
Lucy loves her new hay! Likes playing and munching on it. Very sick neglected piggy! Really has helped her on the mend ❤️🩹
We have always had an amazing experience with Hay Box and have been using their hay for the last 3 years. Our piggies love their product! Customer Service is excellent and they went above and beyond recently to accommodate our requirements, as our piggies decided to be a bit fussy :) Very happy customer. Highly recommend it!
Bunnies love this hay mix. They infact won't eat much else offered now. Contact is always good with any questions or problems and fast delivery too
Very happy guinea pigs 🥰
Every time I open the box and smell the hay, I go back to my childhood.... It reminds me of the warm summer days, how I ran through the fields and we collected hay with my grandparents :) Thank you for that :) Hay is always top quality and my guinea pigs love it... It is easy to order and arrives very quickly, which is fantastic:)
😍😘 thank you
Both my House Buns love their Timothy Blend and Meadow Haybox. Smells gorgeous and totally dust free. Great service and quick delivery too.
My bunnies absolutely love it
My two guinea pigs love it, our cupboard door creaks where we keep the hay and they squeal everytime the door moves. They eat, sleep and play in this hay!
Our guinea pigs absolutely love this hay, can't get enough of it!
Brilliant service and an amazing product full on lovely smelling hay my rabbits adore no dust just exceptional thank you x
Use haybox all the time. Always good quality hay. No complaints from my bunnies either.
Bunnies love your hay! Thank you
Have used Haybox now for about 4 /5 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Guinea pigs love all of the different types of hay from there but their favourite is the Orchard Hay. They love the plantain and other treats also. Customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to please and help and you’re always kept up to date with delivery details. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else and would definitely recommend. Thank You!
Lovely fresh box of meadow hay. Much better than the last box which had very small pieces of hay. This has longer pieces which our rabbit absolutely loves. She doesn’t like any small bits of hay. Thank you.
Cookie the piggie loves the Orchard and Meadow hay. Here he is hidden in his pile of hay!
my two love this hay! i was advised by my vet bubbles may have hay fever (hilarious) so suggested i soak the hay in water, however, i wanted to see if there was an easier solution. my work colleague recommended haybox to me & i saw the meadow hay was dust free so i thought i might as well try it. this is my second order now & bubbles’ sneezing/heavy breathing has reduced drastically. will continue to purchase.
Bunnies love it
Guineas loved the hay and soon learnt what the ruffling of the packet means. Lots of popcorning and burrowing, I'd say a success.
The buns in a wee foraging box.. They never used to be keen on meadow hay. But now love it. Happy wee buns.
Two very happy hairy potatoes. They love their Haybox delivery. It's fantastic quality and has been consistently meeting high standards and is notably more dust free than I've experienced with pet shop bought dust extracted hay. Better still when we've experienced delivery issues Haybox has sorted it out promptly without quibble. So I have total piece of mind when buying Haybox products.
I am now mixing the orchard in with the meadow and hope they will come to like it..ultimately it's up to them of course.
I was initially sent the wrong type of hay. This was quickly resolved and I was sent the correct hay free of charge. Great customer service.
Always same qality, no dust, very green
One of my girls insists on sampling the hay immediately. Both agree that it tastes fab!
This company has always sent me lovely soft green meadow hay. My latest bag is horrible, dark green/brown in colour with lots of very hard yellow stalks. Every day it is taking me half an hour longer as I try to pick out the hard stalks to prevent my piggies being poked in their eyes. Very unhappy with this new batch and it's going in the bin.
Great service and lovely quality hay.
Jingle and Bell love the hay. They are very happy with it. It is great quality, nice long stems and very little dust. The orchard hay smells less strongly than the Timothy hay that we had previously but the guineas like it just as much. They still manage to spread it all round their cage and onto the floor though!!
My 2 guinea pigs absolutely love your hay! I buy the timothy blend as their main food and the meadow hay because they like to burrow and sleep in it!! Great company with good quality products
